HB1186, Ch. 50 / SB0395, Ch. 49 - Peer-to-Peer Car Sharing Programs - Insurance and Liability

• Effective October 1, 2026, peer-to-peer car sharing program are excluded from the definition of "owner" for the purpose of citations issued for violations recorded by a traffic control (red light) monitoring system.
