Transportation Article § 21-706.1 

SB0464, Ch. 429 - School Bus Monitoring Cameras - Civil Penalty - Sunset Repeal

• As of June 1, 2019, the prepayable civil penalty amount for school bus monitoring citations shall be $250.00 and are not to exceed $500.00, if assessed in court.
