HB 1465, Ch. 527 - Transportation-Related Tolls - Installment Payment Plans

• As of October 1, 2025, the Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) will offer installment payment plans for qualifying individuals who have accumulated at least $300 in unpaid tolls and civil penalties.
• The Toll Citation template references the MDTA installment payment plans.
