HB0018, Ch. 712 / SB0121, Ch. 11 - Vehicle Laws - Noise Abatement Monitoring Systems - Pilot Program      

• As of July 1, 2024, a pilot program authorizing the use of noise abatement monitoring systems within Montgomery County and Prince George's County is in effect.
• The noise abatement monitoring systems are authorized for use for a period of 4 years and, at the end of June 30, 2028, with no further action required by the General Assembly, shall be of no further force and effect.
